 If the legwarmers (28$) were stretch they could be put at the top of the over the knee boots for a fake tigh high look so you can let them a bit loose and cover more of the legs
just letting 2-3 cm of nude legs ^^ with the lovely pom-poms swinging
(here the korean model use them on her arms as u can see)
